CTA Manufacturing, Inc. was originally founded in 1922 as Columbia Tent & Awning, Inc., producing a variety of non-apparel sewn products. Since then the company has diverged into a US based, global production team servicing its clients in the areas of OEM Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

We currently produce a variety of products ranging from textile bags, covers and soft cases for a variety of industries ranging from consumer, industrial to medical. Our production capabilities include a domestic facility in California along with factories in Mexico & China, accumulatively staffed with over 600 people occupying over 100,000 square feet.

In CTA being a US company, we eliminate the risks, efforts and possible aggravation involved in the importation of sewn products from other counties. We handle all Harmonized Tariff Classifications, customs documentation, import & export duties, quotas and transportation into the United States. As experienced importers, we stay abreast of international customs rules & regulations. We also must keep abreast of the political climate of each country we conduct business with and, always have alternatives in place should the flow of business be interrupted.

We pride ourselves in having closely held partnerships with our foreign manufacturing facilities as well the convenience of our domestic factory, which supports prototyping.
