CTA has been in business since 1922.

»Does CTA offer credit terms?

For 1st time orders our terms are 50% down balance COD or Letter of Credit. We offer payment terms upon approved credit to those customers planning on doing repeat business. Our credit application can be downloaded from this site.

»Can CTA provide prototyping or design assistance?

Yes! Prototyping for the most part is performed through our domestic plant in Corona, CA. Our fees for this service are $50.00 per hour plus the cost of materials & any outside services required. We provide written estimates for prototypes.

»Should my products be manufactured in US, Asia or Mexico?


Asia - Our Asian factories are the best choice for obtaining the most competitive pricing for the production of quality turnkey products requiring high volumes. Our operations involve the global acquisition of materials primarily from China & the Pacific Rim. Lead times generally range from 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of order.

Mexico - South of the border great for quick turnaround of items that are moderately labor intensive or those utilizing materials of NAFTA origin (US, Canada or Mexico). It is also an advantage for customers who wish to supply their own materials and take advantage of the low assembly costs. Our maquiladora manufacturing is a great way to support companies with ongoing Just In Time deliveries.

USA - Due to the aforementioned, the United States is at a disadvantage when it comes to globally competitive labor rates. However, some customers insist that their products be produced domestically primarily due to Country of Origin marking requirements. Our US facility is an excellent choice for short runs, prototyping and, screen-printing or embroidery of stock items.

»How about Customs, Duties, Quotas, Logistics, etc?

CTA handles it all! Your unit price includes all related customs fee and transportation to Corona, CA 92881, which is your FOB point. For repetitive business or full container quantities, we can prepare pricing, which can include shipping to your door. If there are any quota restrictions on your particular product, you will be advised prior to our acceptance of your order.
